Site Audit features approximately 130 checks, which are different types of faults that the tool looks for. The type of check detected on the site, the number of unique checks found on the site, and the number of issues resolved for each check are all factors to consider. Fixing all faults connected to the same check (for example, all broken links) has a greater impact on your site's overall health than fixing two errors from two separate types of checks (for example, Duplicate content issues and Broken links).
In comparison to warnings and alerts, errors will have a greater impact on your Site Health Score. Make sure you're correcting any major issues (errors) with your site so you can be confident you're doing everything you can to lower your overall score.
The Website Health Score is not affected by the number of pages crawled on the site because the frequency with which each fault occurs determines the score. The larger the site, however, the more attention you should give to concerns that are specific to huge sites, such as internal linking and site structure.
