Hire a PPC agency

You should be aware of who will be in charge of monitoring your account and carrying out important tasks, such as campaign optimization and bid settings in addition to keyword and ad text research. Are these responsibilities being carried out internally by seasoned PPC experts, or will some of these tasks be delegated to junior staff and contracted out to independent contractors?


You should also be aware of who your point of contact is. If you get in touch, do you speak to department managers, PPC marketers, etc., or is there a dedicated account manager you can reach out to at any time?


You shouldn't need to spend a lot of time on the phone with an agency, but you do want one that regularly checks in to make sure your PPC agency and its strategy is helping you achieve your company objectives.


Although PPC success is complicated, your agency should be able to provide concrete data to show outcomes. They have a duty to clarify which KPIs and indicators support your objectives and demonstrate success or failure. This enables you to easily evaluate performance, evaluate results, and understand how things develop over time by looking at reports.
